HEED Search is a practice within HEED, a boutique commercial advisory founded in 2011. Across 14 years and 80+ engagements, the wider HEED practice has worked deep inside the commercial functions of mid-market and enterprise organizations across the GCC, Levant, Africa, Europe, and APAC, focused on organization design, KPI frameworks, compensation models, sales academies, and go-to-market execution.
That commercial fluency shapes how we approach every search mandate.
